Roasted Potatoes

These potatoes are a winner with my husband and the kids every single time I make them! They are so flavorful and you will not want to stop eating them!

  • 5 Large Russet Potatoes, peeled and chopped into bite-size chunks
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil I know 1/4 CUP! Trust me!
  • 2 TSP Salt
  • 2 TSP Pepper
  • 1/2 TBSP Paprika
  • 2 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 2 TSP Onion powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 370 degrees

  2. Place the chopped up potatoes in a 13 x 9 glass baking dish.

  3. Throw in all the rest of the ingredients on top of the potatoes and use your hands to mix everything really well. Do not cover the pan!

  4. Place the pan in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes. You will want to mix the potatoes halfway through so check your timer at the 25-minute mark so you can stir up the potatoes. When these bad boys are ready, they are going to be beautifully golden and crispy!
