Parm Crusted Pork Cutlets

One of my favorite meals is dinner time. I love being able to sit around with my family and talk about the day or whatever that comes to mind. Since my kids are still pretty young, dinner can be somewhat hectic. The boys will try and fling mashed potatoes at each other or crack jokes back and forth. Will there be a time when they won’t mess around at the dinner table?
Anyway, dinner tonight was another crazy experience with my kiddos. My daughter is a bookworm so she insisted on bringing her book to the table to read in between bites. My boys were definitely loud and obnoxious at the table, as usual!
Dinner tonight was super awesome and another one the kids enjoyed. They didn’t complain about this one at all.
I’ll be honest, pork isn’t one that I am able to get my family to eat all the time because it isn’t their favorite. However, this pork is different. They eat this one happily. Bonus, me and the husband love it too!
Parm Crusted Pork Cutlet
Wow your family with this amazingly delicious dinner!
- 10 Pork loin cutlets You can use any thin cut boneless pork!
- 1.5 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese The Kraft stuff won't work here. You actually need a chunk of Parmesan you can grate.
- 1.5 Cup Bread Crumbs Any type will work here.
- 1 TSP Paprika This is more for color than flavor.
- 1 TSP Dried Oregano
- 1 TSP Dried Basil
- 1 TSP Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees!
Mix everything except for the pork in a bowl. When it is mixed nicely, dip in the pork and kind of push it into the mixture so you can get it to stick on each side of the pork. Once the pork is coated in the mixture, add it to a hot pan and brown both sides. I recommend 2 minutes per side.
You'll notice that beautiful golden brown color on each side. That's exactly what you want to see!
Don't worry if the pork isn't all the way cooked. It will continue to cook in the oven!
Place the pork cutlets onto a 13 x 9 glass pan and place in the oven to cook for about 45 minutes until it is cooked through! Enjoy!
